Ok so now I have to contact the Bank using the email she gave me, lets get this moving again, should be interesting:
I tried to keep it informal and get a bit of banter going.
6th mail
First thing Monday morning and she’s on my case again with the EXACT SAME mail, I wasn’t happy with her lack of effort:
the ball is in my court now, I may drop Philip at RBS an email.
5th mail
She got a bit impatient over the weekend and sent me a mail to see how I was getting on, she’s really turning on the charm now, getting a bit bossy though!
Once again I wasn’t really arsed because it was the weekend so I was brief enough, not one of my greatest works:

Okay she has responded and sent me a long email with the Bank details!
I wasn’t really in the mood for it today so I didn’t put alot of effort into my response 😛
